Flight Path Sweet Wines
Our Flight Path line of wines are named for the many planes that fly over our vineyard during the summer "crop dusting season", as they take off and land from the adjacent airport.

Landmark CornerEvery rural neighborhood has its local landmarks used to give people a reference to locate farms, fields and homes. Such was the case with the white barn on the corner where Airport Road Vineyard and Winery is now located. Landmark Corner celebrates not only our white barn,
but landmarks throughout the countryside. Landmark Corner is a semisweet white wine made from LaCrescent grapes that are the first harvest from our own Estate Vineyard. This wine has a very aromatic profile of peach and apricots; and will pair well with soft cheese, fresh fruit, and summer salad. $14.00 |

Sauvignon Blanc |
Developed by the University of Minnesota as a cold hardy hybrid red grape varietal, this grape is grown in our own vineyard since 2014. It has moderate acidity and makes a wine that is soft on the palate with nice fine grain tannins. The flavor profile has notes of cherry and berry, black pepper and spice.
A 2018 Iowa State Fair Award winner and our first Estate/Single Vineyard wine, produced completely with grapes planted and grown in our own vineyard. $18.00 |
Originally a grape native to the Bordeaux Region of France, our grapes came from the Columbia Valley in Eastern Washington. Sauvignon Blanc is a green skinned variety that makes a wine with clarity and refreshing crispness due to its high levels of acidity. Flavors start with lime and green apple and finish with a characteristic "grassiness" on the back end.
